Turbo-MSIM SPICE Circuit Simulator - Legend

Legend Design Technology introduced the Turbo-MSIM, a large capacity Fast-SPICE circuit simulator. Turbo-MSIM circuit simulator speeds up the time for simulating either flattened layout-extracted netlists or full-chip hierarchical circuits.

Turbo-MSIM circuit simulator is efficient for the applications such as analog designs and library characterization. For complex full-chip circuit simulation, Turbo-MSIM circuit simulator offers the capability of dramatically increasing the speed and capacity, especially for the extracted circuits from layout. The targets of Turbo-MSIM applications will be large digital circuits, full memory circuits, analog and mixed-signal designs.

Turbo-MSIM circuit simulator is expected to be available in Q3 this year. Turbo-MSIM will be showcased at DAC 2007 in San Diego, California.
