Toshiba Released TMP92FD28FG/DFG, 32-Bit SuperFlash MCU for Audio Control

Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., announced the expansion of its embedded flash microcontroller (MCU) product line with the addition of a new 32-bit complex instruction set computer (CISC) MCU based on SuperFlash(R) technology. Designated TMP92FD28FG/DFG, it is Toshiba’s first MCU to combine a high-performance SuperFlash MCU for audio control with a USB host controller. It is targeted at automotive and consumer digital-audio applications.
