TMP89FS60UG/FG Microcontroller - 8-Bit CPU Core - Toshiba

Toshiba introduced the TMP89FS60UG/FG, 8-bit TLCS-870/C1 core. The microcontroller offers 60 Kbytes SuperFlash, 10-bit ADC,  various interfaces for serial communications, voltage-level detection and power-on reset functions.TMP89FS60UG/FG is well suited for a wide range of applications such as portable digital-consumer products, washing machines and air conditioner.

…on-chip debugger enhances development efficiency by enabling software-version upgrades in the field as well as debugging on mass-production boards. The core is binary compatible with previous Toshiba 8-bit MCU cores, allowing existing software resources to be used.
