Renesas SH7263 and SH7203 SuperH Microcontrollers with On-Chip USB2.0 and Multimedia Supports

Renesas Technology announced five SH7263 and SH7203 high-performance microcontrollers, suitable for data communication, industrial controller and  multimedia application.

Key feature and spec:

• 200 MHz, 480 MIPS and 400 MFLOPS maximum
• Incorporate SuperH Family SH2A-FPU CPU core
• Host interface supporting the USB v2.0
• Display controller for  liquid crystal panels up to WVGA size.
• Incorporate an external data bus up to 32 bits, allowing direct connection to Flash ROM, SDRAM, SRAM
• 5-channel multifunction timer unit suitable for motor control
• 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter
• 2-channel 8-bit D/A converter,
• 8-channel DMAC
• CAN controller,
• NAND Flash controller.
• Real-time on-chip debugging capability

SH7263 also incorporates audio CD-ROM decoder,  SSI for input and output of digital audio data, a serial communication with 16-stage FIFO, and  I2C bus interface.
