Renesas Announced Sequoia Telematics Platform with QNX RTOS Support

Renesas Technology America, Inc. announced that their Sequoia(TM) platform, which is based on the Euclid(TM) telematics chip (SH7397), is now supported by a QNX(R) board support package (BSP). That BSP, consisting of the QNX Neutrino(R) real-time operating system (RTOS) and software drivers, will be available from QNX Software Systems in the fourth quarter of 2006.
