About eSOL
eSOL Co., Ltd, a Japanese company, is an embedded software developer with core technologies in real time operating systems. eSOL develop, market and sell RTOS suites, along with a rich set of vertical oriented middleware libraries. eSOL’s rugged software development tools provide optimal reliability in backing up the highly complicated development process for RTOS-based applications.

PrKERNELv4 RTOS (Real Time Operating System) suites include the µITRON compliant micro-kernel and accompanies middleware packages, including FAT file system, TCP/IP stack with WiFi support, and USB peripheral/host driver. PrKERNELv4 RTOS suites are ideally suited for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and ODMs (original design manufacturers) looking to minimize development times.

eSOL’s eBinder IDE (Integrated Development Environment) offers the industry's leading ARM RVCT compiler, along with comprehensive debugging and profiling tools to fine-tune the embedded application. It uses insightful snapshots of the PrKERNELv4 RTOS suites to help both firmware and application engineers easily identify glitches in their codes.

Bob Ueyama, Embedded Products Division at eSOL:

We are very pleased to offer more and more software development solutions for this highly competitive new TI processor… Our product value proposition is a perfect match with the product concept of DM355, and I envision that our software will serve as a robust system foundation for our customers, reducing the overall embedded development lifecycle…

ODMs and OEMs are under more competitive pressures than ever due to increasing levels of technology complexity and advancement… They face a number of time and budget constraints that can impede success in today’s marketplace. Consequently, it is getting more critical to shorten overall development times while adding more features for product differentiation.
