Philips LPC2800 Microcontroller Simplified Embedded USB Design

Philips Electronics introduced LPC2800 USB 2.0 chips series. The chips based on ARM7 architecture with on-chip Hi-Speed (480 Mbits/sec) USB 2.0.

Key features:

  • 1MB Flash and 8KB memory operation cache; 
  • I2S channels with DMA for input/output of digital audio streams;
  • Sigma-delta 16-bit A/D converter
  • Internal power regulator, so it can be operated using  only a single AA 1.5v battery.

Packaging: 10mm x 10mm TFBGA180 package
