Microphone Noise Canceller and Hands Free Audio Processor - ATS6000MM

CSR introduced ATS6000MM, a Multi Microphones noise cancellation and hands-free audio processing software from Acoustic Technologies, one of  CSR’s eXtension partners. The ATS6000MM allow BlueCore-Multimedia developers to integrate noise cancellation and speech intelligibility into their products.  Example of applications includes  hands-free systems, bluetooth headsets, mobile handsets, and automotive navigation.

The ATS6000MM Microphone noise canceller, uses two microphones to eliminate noise and achieve a higher level of sound quality. The software automatically adjusts its calculations according to environmental conditions, the speaker's voice and the quality of the communication line.

CSR’s  multimedia Bluetooth chips are based on Kalimba DSP coprocessor, which provides high audio quality for both voice and music applications. It supports third party software enhancements, allowing designers to build customizable devices without needing to compromise on critical hardware elements.

Related news, November last year, CSR announced: the BlueCore5-FM, a single chip radio and baseband IC for Bluetooth 2.4GHz systems including enhanced data rates (EDR) to 3Mbits/s. It includes an integrated FM receiver with stereo audio output stage and an RDS demodulator.  Class 1 Bluetooth single-chip solution, targeted to Mobile handsets Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) markets.
