All IP2000 family use an enhanced, 4-stage-pipelined Harvard architecture. The devices feature single-cycle instruction execution and a fixed, deterministic three-cycle interrupt response time.
IP2000 family has on-chip flash program memory and additional instruction SRAM to deliver very fast access times. The devices also provide a self-programming capability.
Note: IP2022-160 and IP2012 devices are no longer recommended for new designs.
