This Entier version allows complex text searching with combinations of key words, using AND and EXCEPT words connectors. Using this search parameters, end-users no longer have to scroll or search through music by a specific artist or genre or timeframe looking for a song they want to hear.
The Entier 2.0 database utilize and indexing and unique tagging features. This feature enables data to be located more quickly, providing benefit to both developers and end users. Entier is the combination of a RDBMS and file system with application-optimized spatial and incremental text search technology.
Hitachi Entier 2.0 is designed for small footprint consumer, commercial and mobile devices that require a fast, standards-based database manager. It allows developers to focus on end-user benefits rather than struggling in building database infrastructure.
