Fujitsu MB91F465X FlexRay Controller

Fujitsu Microelectronics introduced a new MB91F465X FlexRay controller. Sample will be available during the first quarter of 2007 in 100-pin QFP packaging. The controller is built around a Fujitsu high-speed FR 32-bit CPU, 544KB Flash and 32KB RAM, with an internal clock speed of 100MHz and voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V.
