DP83848 Ethernet Transceiver in Tiny Packages

Ethernet Transceiver, DP83848 family of PHYTER® 10/100 physical layer Ethernet transceivers in new, very tiny 6 x 6 x 0.8 mm packages. This National Semiconductor chip was designed to be used in hard environment such as motor control, factory automation, security systems and transportation system.
 

DP83848 Ethernet Transceiver

The DP83848 family enables engineers to migrate from old technologies such as RS-232, RS-485 and proprietary networks to 802.3 Ethernet. The chips come in tiny LLP® package, enabling application in size-constrained situation, such as ultra-small motor drives and rotary encoders.

The DP83848H operation temperature range is -40 degrees C to 125 degrees C and DP83848T operation temperature range  is -40 degrees C to 85 degrees C,  ESD protection:  4000V.
