CMX-MicroNet is TCP/IP stack writen in C, designed for maximum portability for various 8, 16, 32-bits Microprocessors, Microcontrollers and Digital Signal Processor(DSP). CMX-MicroNet is software based, does not require additional processor. The ROM Specifications is 3K to 20K bytes, depending upon processor, protocols and other options included in design.

CMX-MicroNet profide full C source code for selected processor, protocols, and other selected options. It does not require royalties for deployed products, so it is very suitable for high volume mass production.

For you currently use Keil, CMX-MicroNet supports Keil development tools for the 8051 and the Infineon C16x series of processors. The TCP/IP stack can be load an run into MCB167-NET evaluation board and Keil C16x/ST10 development tools. Its footprint 3.5 Kbytes to 16 Kbytes, depending on configuration and the processor used.

Circuit Cellar:

CMX-MicroNet supports up to 127 UDP or TCP sockets. All of the sockets can be configured as Ethernet, SLIP, or PPP sockets. However, you can intermix Ethernet and SLIP sockets or Ethernet and PPP sockets, but you can’t build a combination of SLIP and PPP sockets.
