A 1-Mbit, 2-wire Serial EEPROM device in 8-lead TSSOP packages is another first from Atmel…
This is in direct response to many of our customers' requests for a Serial EEPROM device in space and height constrained applications…
The AT24C1024B SEEPROM features two input addresses which can be cascaded up to four chips is a single bus, increasing the capacity up to 4-Mbit.
Atmel’s new AT24C1024B SEEPROM is also available in a 150mil JEDEC SOIC (3.8mm) and SO8 narrow body package. The TSSOP package enables manufacturers of PDAs, digital cameras, game cards, and other portable consumer products to increase the memory capacity for storage, while offering slimmer and lighter products.
The AT24C1024B in the 8-lead TSSOP package is available now. Price: US$1.70 each (for 10K qty).
